Dr. Jitesh Gadhia was born in Khageshri, a small village in Porbandar district, Gujarat. At the age of nine, he lost his father and faced serious financial hardship. However, his mother worked tirelessly on farms to support the family. Despite limited resources, he continued his education at a government school and developed resilience, confidence and a strong success mindset. Later, he began working at a telephone booth for ₹300 per month. In addition, he worked as a carpenter, electrician, tutor and insurance agent. Although each role brought new challenges, every experience strengthened his communication, leadership and understanding of people.
Today, Dr. Jitesh Gadhia is recognized as a trusted Outcome Mastery Coach in India and a leading Motivational Speaker & NLP Trainer in India. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner, Life and Business Coach and Corporate Trainer. With 18+ years of experience, he has conducted transformational programs across 13+ countries, reached more than 17.8 lakh people and partnered with 730+ organizations.
